Today I’m sharing a simple and speedy three-ingredient pork stir fry that you can easily memorize and customize in a dozen different ways to suit your preferences and ingredients that you have on hand.

Ingredients:

1 pound of ground pork

1 bag of shredded coleslaw mix

1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

Instructions:

  1. If you are serving with rice - start boiling water for rice now.

  2. In a large pan, add the ground pork. Breaking into bite-sized chunks with a large spoon. Cook on medium heat until it’s brown and no longer pink.

  3. Add the bag of shredded coleslaw mix to the pork. Stir and cook until the vegetables are tender. About 5 minutes.

  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce overtop and stir well.

Serve your delicious pork stir fry over a bed of steamed rice.
